If your bag is delayed, please go to the Frontier Airlines representative with your tickets, boarding pass and bag identification number at the airport and make a complaint within 4 hours of your arrival at your destination, or you can report through the Delayed Baggage form.

For your damaged bag, please contact a Frontier Airlines representative within 4 hours of your arrival at the destination airport with the damaged bag. But the airlines are not liable if the bag is overstuffed or the carry-on baggage. 

Does Frontier Airlines allow pets?

Yes, pets are allowed on Frontier Airlines, including domestic dogs, cats, rabbits, and small house birds. Pets above 8 weeks are allowed to carry. Always carry your pet in a carrier and use a larger one so the pet can easily stand, turn around, and lie down.
