Eligibility for Refunds
Refund is according to service provider conditions airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc. Few tickets or bookings cannot be returned or there is a cancellation penalty. We will always inform you of conditions applicable before booking.
How to Request Refund
You may request a refund through our email support or customer support, which works around the clock. Note down your booking ID and short note on the reason for cancellation.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The amount may take a few extra days to appear in your bank account, depending on how quickly your bank processes the transaction. You can connect with us anytime if not reflected.
Partial Refunds
Only If a part of your booking is refundable only, we will inform you beforehand the expense and payable amount. We are always by your side every step of the way. We can reply to any question that you might have on refunds by our customer services.
