How to Cancel a Condor Flight

Cancelations can also be processed online on Condor's "My Booking" page or by phone via the Service Center. Cancelation will mainly be based on the type of fare paid. Flex or Flex Plus fare passengers are not subject to payment when canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled departure time of flights. Other fare levels have an anticipated fee on cancellation and cancellation refund is done according to individual fare conditions. 1- Children between 5 and 11 will have to travel as unaccompanied minors, or travel with the facility of an escort adult.

2- The children between 12 and 15 years can travel independently and UNMR service is not needed.

3- The guardians and parents need to pre-register themselves with the service at least 48 hours prior to flight. The documents they must fill in are a care form and full contact details of the guardians. The service on direct flights only can be provided.

4- When the individual is being collected from the airport, a parent or an adult should be present who will remain in the waiting area until the flight has departed, and the collecting adult should have required identification on them when the child is picked up at the destination airport.

Condor transports small animals but places some limitations for reasons of safety and convenience for everyone.

In-Cabin Travel

-Small dogs and cats individually can fly in the cabin.

-Pet and carrier individually cannot weigh over 8 kg.

-Ideally ideal carrier size 55 x 40 x 20 cm.

-Pets must be secured to the carrier under seat aboard.

Travel Cargo Hold

-Assuming large pets fly cargo holds only on direct flights.

-Booking should be done 48 hours in advance.
