• The lava plain features a diverse landscape, including red dirt, thorn scrub, broken volcanic rock, dried riverbeds, steep hills, and rocky outcroppings.

• Along the river, follow the curves of a forest of Doum palms, Acacia, and medicinal Tamarind trees.

• Crocodiles can often be seen sunbathing on the riverbanks, adding to the rich biodiversity of the area.

• Arrive at your camp in time for lunch and then enjoy your first game drive in this wildlife-rich sanctuary.

• During the drive, you may spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, and, if you're lucky, even leopards!

• Dinner and overnight stay at Kicheche Laikipia Camp, offering a luxurious and immersive safari experience as part of your Kenya safari and beach itinerary 14 days.
